Renting out basement for self-storage
Has anyone rented out their basement for self-storage? What type of storage lockers are you using? Are you building rooms with drywall/doors or just wire mesh pre-built cages and what is the optimal size? Do you have additional insurance? Security cameras? I have a 900 sqft. basement with low ceilings that I want to use.
Would love to connect with someone that has done this already!
