Marketing techniques to keep Occupancy at 100%!
Hello everyone! I'm currently working as a leasing agent for a 500 unit luxury apartment complex! I was wondering if there are any creative and effective marketing techniques out there to get prospects interested in moving-in. We are situated right across the street from a major university. Around the end of May, many of the students move out, and I am tasked to help fill the units. Thank you in advance for the extended knowledge!
