Automated email responses

Hello everyone again! So, I work in a leasing office for a 500 unit luxury apartment complex and we are currently understaffed and overloaded with new prospects everyday. I was wondering if there is a program out there that can scan an incoming email and auto reply an answer. For example, "What renter's insurance do you guys suggest?", and the automated response would be, "We suggest so and so for renter's insurance. Also, don't forget to have these things in the policy...". My boss is constantly stuck with these low level tasks and I want to take some load off her plate so she can focus on higher level things.
