Formula for calculating if a property is worth the investment
What is your formula for buying a property as an investor? I wholesale and I can’t bring value to my investors if my numbers are wrong. I was using propstream and I’ve learned it isn’t the most accurate the hard way. I am based in Memphis. Thank you guys and I look forward to bringing more value to everyone I connect with
