Family partnership in real estate
Hi everyone, my Ryan and I am in need of some advice/ direction in a partnership. My cousin is trying to buy her first home but not getting qualified for the amount she needs with me being a co-sign, she will definitely get qualified. My plan is to get a profit from the property in the form of cash flow. With a single or 2 family home how can I strategize the deal where both of us will be satisfied. No llc, 50/50 on down payment and both names on title and mortgage.
