Hey fellow BPers,

Im looking to start investing in BRRR & Turn Key in Memphis, TN and Little Rock, AR.
Wanted to :
- get thoughts on one vs the other
- in general what people's experiences have been between the two cities for cash flow etc.

Thanks everyone!

@Shashank R.

I completed 9 BRRRR's last year for my portfolio here in Memphis, TN. I'm happy to answer any of your questions you might have on the market here. Make sure you trust your property source here in Memphis. These zip codes can be tricky!

Best of luck!
