landlord insurance companies

Hello everyone! I needed some help in finding and comparing landlord insurance for a property I have in escrow. Any recommendations on companies you have used or currently use with decent pricing would be helpful! Thank you!

Local insurance broker. They have access to both the big reputable carriers, and the cheapo "good luck having a claim honored" ones. Premium you pay shouldn't be any different than if you called each carrier directly, but a broker doesn't have incentive to misrepresent if a particular carrier does, or doesn't, have a reputation for paying out claims, among other things.
