LA/Orange County area investors
Just wanted to reach out to some of the BP family on the west coast. I am looking to relocate to the LA/Orange county area and would like to join a team or individuals flipping /investing in the area. I hope to be out there by the 1st week of April and would love to be able to meet in person at that time. I am the son of a contractor that was raised in Chicago and completed several flips before heading down to Southwest Florida. Well in SWFL I have acquired some buy and hold property and provided property management for the properties as well. I would look to work with someone that has great knowledge on the area, codes & laws. I have also seen some information about different investment group meetings in the area. If any of you have interest or some advise I would greatly appreciate it.
