Hello Bigger Pockets Peoples!

I'm an LA County based wholesaler and I find discounted properties for fix and flip and buy and hold investors. I'm sure most of you know what a wholesaler is but, for those who don't, now you do! :)

I'm looking for an excellent local attorney. I frequently use JV agreements with other wholesalers but I'm also looking to draft contracts between our company, Modern Living, and other partners for rehab projects, as silent money partners, and various other joint ventures in real estate. I need a guy/gal who can look over those contracts and also help draft CA legal contracts from scratch. Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
