Hi there! I'm an investor and agent looking to network with other investors in the Los Angeles market. 

Currently I'm looking for fixer deals, scouring the MLS, and it's slim pickins. I'm about to start calling on a farm area once I get my list scrubbed.

What does everyone have going on?

There are lots of fix and flip deals in Los Angeles. I have too many right now.
Market is red hot. Need to take advantage now.

MLS deals can be found if you do your due dilligence. Of my last ten flips, 8 have been found on the MLS.
