Maximum Number of Lease Agreements
Hi Everyone!
I have a question regarding the laws in Los Angeles for Rooming/Boarding houses. I have a four bedroom home located in El Sereno (zip code 90032) and want to rent out the bedrooms in the home to unrelated students/working professionals. Is there a limit on the number of leases that are allowed under a single family home if I were to have a separate lease agreement for each tenant? Any additional information will be helpful!
