Best place to invest in
Hey guys I’m new to Investing and after crunching the numbers it looks like I’ll be ready to buy my 1st rental property investment by the end of the year. I have no specific location in mind so Without any bias, I’m curious to know what everyone thinks through their experience is the best state/city to invest in right now. Taking all considerations into play
