Property for an Investor in Kensington
Hi Everyone! I had another agent talk to me about a listing that they have coming up in Kensington for a property that is supposed to be undervalued and needs a lot of work that the current owner doesn't have the time or capital to do. They're selling it somewhere in the $700's (no firm price yet). ARV on the property is (supposedly) $1M+. I don't have all the info yet, but I'll have it by Monday - before it hits the MLS. If there's someone in the forum that might be interested in the info on this property, and you don't mind working with an Agent, please let me know.
