San Diego Density Maximization/Rezoning

Hey everyone!

I am getting out of the military in roughly a year and a half. The last 6 months, I have the opportunity to intern for someone while still getting paid through the military. I would like to talk to people in the San Diego area who specialize in rezoning land and developing for maximum density.
