need to have gutters cleaned

Fellow landlords.  The rainy season is coming and I need to find someone to clean the gutters of my complexes.  Any of you know of a reasonably-priced & reliable company you'd recommend?  I would need someone who is insured because 2 of my properties are 2-storied.

Thanks, Chris

roofers most charge arm and a leg. They are all very busy as it will start pouring in a few hours.

Try Craigslist... You can try handyman $35-40/ hr.
