Chases Ocean grove
Hi Folks,
I am new to STR and am planning on getting a 400 sqft cottage about 100 feet from beach in Chase Ocean Grove community (seasonal MAy - Oct ) in Dennis, Cape Cod, MA . Couple of questions- This cottage was used strictly for personal vacation so 1. do I need to update it to ft STR ( i guess I know the answer) and if yes to what level. 2. The cottage has outdoor shower only, do i need to get an indoor shower too or cover outdoor one. 3. Do experience folks recommend this cottage for STRs, I heard other cottages go for 1700 - 2200/wk during peak season. 4. I live in Boston, so would also appreciate a local management company recommednation that folks have.
