Unclear whether to start investing in a house hack
I moved to Sarasota for a new job. I am also new to real estate investing. I love the job and I love the city but it is unclear how long I will be able to stay due to family issues. If I don’t know if I can stay that minimum of a year is it still worth it to buy a house hack multifamily?
