Good day to the Bigger Pockets community. I am a somewhat experienced investor, contractor etc. I am a BRRRR investor. I am going to Refi some of my rentals and utilize an Irrevocable trust and an IUL within the trust as well as the Trust owning my LLc's. Looking for recommendations from the community who have done this. I am quite familiar with the process but, looking to shortcut the long research. Also hoping any recommendations would include a tax professional in the ‘package'
