Multi-million listings in Belize

Hi everyone,

I hope I can get some guidance here. Been a RE agent in Belize for a few years now, and quite recently I've started getting some pretty pricey listings, including private islands and resorts.

These listings have existed for some years now, but no company has had any luck with selling them (not that the market is bad, it's actually good here). Quite frankly, it doesn't seem like their marketing was great anyway. However, I'm posed with a serious challenge with these listings.

I don't expect the buyers/investors for these listings will be scrolling on social media or watching television and they coincidentally see the listing. From what I've been understanding, this category of RE sales requires some heavy networking in some way.

My question are:

Is my assumption wrong about the network approach?

If I'm right, being that I'm not at that level of network, how can I get there in due time to be able to sell these listings?

If I'm wrong, what other approach is there? I've seen international listing sites, but those have quite a heavy subscription rate.

I'm really hoping that I can learn something here, and maybe even collaborate on these deals. Any advice would be highly appreciated.
