Hey everyone,

I wanted to find a place with likeminded people in Real Estate. 

I am working on finding my next rental home but haven’t taken the leap.

I currently live in an apartment (I know), and have a home that I rent out yearly.

My only option right now is Cash-Out Refinancing my current rental home. 

i wanted to get some advice and thoughts on this as this is my only option to get money for another place. (That I am aware of ) and if it is worth it!
