Hi, I am new to investing, Can someone educate me on where to you find wholesale home list/ links or groups.

as a wholesaler, it’s your job to build that list.

You need to get in front of the owners of the types of homes you want to wholesale. Pick one niche to start — probate, pre-foreclosure, burned-out landlords, etc. — and go deep. The more focused your list, the easier it is to market effectively and close deals.
