First time buyer

I am looking for some guidance and advice on how to get started in real estate investing. I’ve been following BiggerPockets for a while and have learned about different strategies, but I feel stuck on how to take the first step.

Here’s my current situation:

• Credit score: 791

• Savings: $50,000

• No debt

• Single, no dependents

• Access to a VA loan

Any advice, insights, or examples of what you would do in my position would be greatly appreciated.
