Triad Rehab Costs What’s “Normal” for You Right Now?

For those of you who are actively renovating rentals in the Triad what are your actual reno numbers looking like lately?

Here’s what I’ve been seeing from recent deals:

Paint + minor cosmetic updates: $5,000–$8,500

Full kitchen + flooring refresh: $12K–$18K

Roof replacement: $6,500–$10,000

Bathroom update: $4,000–$7,000

Full rental-ready turn on a rough property: $22K–$35K

Question:

Are your contractors charging similar?

Trying to see if this is just my circle, or if Triad rehab costs are stabilizing for everyone.
