Quick Question for the Investors
Curious how other investors in the Greensboro / Triad area are underwriting deals right now.
Are y’all leaning more toward single-family flips, buy-and-holds, or small multifamily in this market?
I’m seeing a lot of mixed numbers lately depending on the pocket some stuff looks tight, some still has room if bought right.
Would love to hear what strategies are actually working for you in 2026 so far.
