Visionary but lacks capital
I am currently a trucker that has $23,000 saved up. I went from W-2 to 1099 two years ago as of this, April. Building capital is slow, And I am very time limited As a truck driver. It would be much faster if I didn't have $720 to pay per month Child Support and quarterly taxes.
The fact of the matter is, I could write a book about my struggles, So I'm not going to waste your time with that. The fact is, I am time and capital Limited. But I've had a few ideas Such As regenerative farming ideas, as well as building with a hybrid, Portland and Roman concrete mix and reinforcing with basalt Rebar as well as a whole host of other upgrades that would only cost about 20 to 30% more to build then today's stick houses but last 1000 years as opposed to traditional 50 year bills and also eliminates nearly all cost of living
My current idea is to house hack in the Jonesboro area with a multifamily property. I'm primarily posting here just to include more people get more ideas and potentially partner with people to get the idea out there and potentially see my ideas through faster.
