Will they want to rent this space?
We have a 1brm furnished apartment available for rent. Do you think a single nurse or travelling professional would want to rent a 2brm furnished apartment on their own and pay a higher rent, or would they want to share the space and split the rent? Or would they want to rent a 1bdrm by themselves and pay a lower rent? Here's a pic of the 1brm. Could you give me some feedback? It would help me figure out how to market my rentals.
