Advise Please Looking to find Investors
I currently have access to several strong land opportunities suitable for development and am seeking investor(s) funding to move the projects forward. With my background in construction management and project execution, I have the capability to oversee the full development process from planning through completion.
I have already completed preliminary feasibility work, including construction cost estimates, development budgets, and general financial projections. However, I am looking to partner with investors who can provide the capital necessary to acquire and develop the property.
My goal is to structure a mutually beneficial partnership where investors can participate in a well-planned development while leveraging my construction and project management expertise to deliver a profitable outcome.
