Washer and dryers

Hi BiggerPockets family!

To the landlords who provide washer and dryers, id love to hear some thoughts on which ones you buy, do you try to buy the same ones for all units?

At what point do you replace after having to repair them, I'm in my second repair for the same problem(belt coming off).

I use Speed Queens. They can be repaired and seem to last. They are easy to make coin-op if you want.
