New to real estate investing

Hey everyone,

I’m based in Elizabeth, NJ and currently about to close on a condo. My plan is to house hack and use this as my first step into building a real estate portfolio.

I’m looking to connect with other investors in the area (or nearby) who are on a similar path or already experienced. I’d like to learn, share ideas, and build a network of like-minded people focused on growing in real estate.
