Days on the market

I am interested and researching STR. Which means I am reading and gathering information about logistics in the rental world. I have found a property in a location that I am very interested in. The property has been on the market for 303 days. Question is how would a seasoned investor look at the time this condo has been on the market? What would your questions be to the seller?

@Brian Bubel

without knowing anything else, if the entire world has passed on it, that likely means that there are issues..

price too high, and/or amenity issues, and/or HOA or building maintenance issues, and/or restrictions impairing or precluding STR viability, and/or title issues...

ask the agent and see what they say
