First Development Project – 20 Unit Boutique Condominium Community in Texas

Hello everyone,

My name is Benjamin Lartey and I am the Founder and Managing Member of an LLC based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

I am currently leading the development of a planned 20-unit boutique condominium community in Kaufman County, Texas.

The land has already been acquired and I am currently working through the predevelopment phase with my architect, civil engineer, structural engineer, and MEP engineer as we move toward permitting and construction financing.

I joined BiggerPockets to learn from experienced developers, investors, lenders, and builders who have experience with entitlement, development, infrastructure, construction financing, and project execution.

I look forward to learning from the community, sharing updates as the project progresses, and building relationships with other real estate professionals.
