That's great @Ben Leybovich I must have gotten the leftovers. I think I am up to 19 months 100% occupancy (on my one duplex). Just a few more years and that will be roughly equivalent to your 1 month at 100% occupancy!

Hopefully I'll have a few more units in the near future :)
