House with mortgage to LLC
We have couple of rental houses are they have mortgage attached to them. My question are
Is it possible to move the mortgage home to LLC for asset protect? If so than how can I go about it. Also after bringing it under LLC how can I go about insurance changes on those properties.
I am very new to this and have been researching a lot. But I felt bigger pocket would be the platform where I would be able to get the right info from the experts. Please share your experiences.
