Jack and Jill with one bathroom?

We have a home in a trendy area  that we are going to flip. Here is the "scoop".

900sqft. 2/1

ARV of 95k

Purchase price of 50k

Rehab of 15k or less.

Home has a new roof, refinished hardwood floors, updated plumbing, new water heater, new hvac, and more. We are literally doing cosmetics and listing.

It has a jack and Jill setup between the rooms for the bathroom. What do you guys think? Leave it? Seal off one room? Seal off one room and open up to common area? I am thinking ideal would be leave connected to master bedroom while sealing off other bathroom and opening up so guests don't have to walk through bedrooms. Thoughts?
