Is NYC Even Possible for REO?
I'm really interested in getting into the Fix & Flip business. Prices are very high here, and demand from other investors is intense; should I look elsewhere for my first deals? I can get together about $100k in cash pretty quickly and have stellar 850+ credit. I'm a licensed RE Broker with 17 years of experience in residential brokerage and property management.
