I know it is a few days late but this is the first work day back. Below are my new years resolutions. I have a few others that are personal but all of the below are 100% quantifiable. Let's kick some @%$ in 2016! • Read minimum 40 books this year and a goal of 52 • Keep my 1k status with United (Fly at least 100k miles) • Increase my net daily cash flow from $403/day to $500/day • Buy an ocean front primary residence • Earn $500k from my active business activities

I focused on health part meaning scheduled elective surgery. expected business as realtor to slow down so took family vacation in summer ;) realized my REI still functions without me in it 100%. I'm back on the driver seat again on the REI. realized we need double the freedom number of units... so that my next 5 yrs goal. I do 5 year plans... so far on track since 2001

@James Paine @Jennifer Lee @Nick Doria How did 2016 work out for you? Did you make your goals happen? What are some strategies you use for making your goals into real results? I'm looking forward to 2017 and have started on some of my goals but know that lots of new year's resolutions do not come to fruition. Just looking for some help and success tips. Thanks, Trent

This year for me its all about staying "focused" and not getting distracted by the next shiny thing.
