High end mobile homes - what demographic?

What kind of family demographic would most likely be interested in a higher end mobile home solution? The average cost to a double wide manufactured home sits at around 80-95k. If you were to offer a premium manufactured home solution for say, 140k, what would be the primary demographic interested in this housing solution?
