Long distance investors
My long distance real estate investors, before buying your first out of state property how did you know when to take that leap and follow through with the property & what are somethings I should make sure I have checked off my list before I take the leap. I have been reading and tuned in to the podcast and currently trying to build my team and work on my psychology.
