REI In Rocklin, Roseville, Lincoln, Ca
Hello to all,
I am relatively new to BP with hopes to soon begin investing in my local area. I am a newbie and still gathering as much overall real estate knowledge as I can. I live in Rocklin, Ca with the closest surrounding areas being Roseville and Lincoln.
I would like to invest in any of these areas to stay local, but the market is hot and I fear of not being able to obtain positive cash flow. I am wondering if any investors/agents from this area could offer any advice on the market and investing in the area? Or just any knowledge in general would be very helpful.
Also, if there are any events/meet-ups in the area that anyone knows of that would be awesome.

Hey Cody, welcome to BP! I'm in Fairfield. I think there are some meet ups in the sac area...check out the meet up app and search rei clubs, etc.
