Looking for General Contractor in Sacramento Area

I have two single family home that need some work before I list them for rental. Looking for contractor for following jobs: 

Home 1. Elk Grove.  

  • Kitchen countertop, sink
  • Interior paint throughout the home
  • Cabinet refinish

Home 2. Roseville 

  • Exterior fix, dryrot, roof
  • Install kitchen range hood and duct

Timeline is flexible but as soon as possible. Can anyone recommend contractor in the area?  I would like to establish long term partnership.
