Average cost for property management

Hello,

I'm starting to look into renting my SFR and not sure yet if I want to self-manage or not.

If I choose to go with a property management company, what should I expect in terms of cost in Oakland?

@Sagar Mata Nationwide it usually averages out to be around 10% of the monthly gross rents. I have seen rates as low as 8%.
