Hi all! I run a residential real estate brokerage in the East Bay. We are thinking about adding a few more agents on our team since we have too many leads and not enough people to nurture them. I would love to hear from other agents about their brokerage selection process. Which brokerage are you with and why did you choose them? This would really give me an insight as to what agents truly value in a brokerage and would help me recruit better.
