Permits Approved - Need Lender 6 unit townhouse project
My building permits were just approved on a 6 unit townhouse project walking distance to Fruitvale BART! I've been waiting for this to happen for longer than I would to admit :)
I would like some referrals on construction loan lenders that might be interested in financing a project like this!
