New Investor in Orange County, CA

Hi All,

I'm a new investor located in Orange County, CA and a long-time reader  (but first-time poster) here at BiggerPockets. My apologies if this post isn't in line with BP posting guidelines. 

I'm interested in investing in SFR's and small 2-4 unit multi-family properties in the Inland Empire, looking to utilize the BRRRR strategy (and possibly the occasional flip). I've been reading BiggerPockets for a little while now, and I want to start taking action. I'm looking to start building my "team," and first I'm looking for an investor-friendly realtor, someone who's been an investor. Please feel free to reach out if you feel there's a fit. Thanks!
