MFR/Commercial Retail Broker Recs

Hey BP!

I am looking to get in touch with a MFR broker and commercial retail broker familiar with the Orange County/Socal market. I'm personally looking to invest in MFR (house hacking included) and I have partners lined up for commercial retail purchases as well.
