I am looking for multi family meet ups or networking events in my local area which is in Long Beach, CA. Anyone have any suggestions?

Technically, Long Beach is located in Los Angeles County.  This is the OC subforum.  Of course you will get more nibbles from the LA subforum.

I too am interested in similar networking.  I live next door in Seal Beach.  I am a little nervous about rent control coming to Long Beach.  Rumors out there....

I have not heard of any local events specific to multifamily. I, too, would be interested. Perhaps we should form one should there be enough interest. 

@Kyle Mitchell I know of a couple meetups closer to West LA that have multifamily investors. The Santa Monica meetup on Saturdays usually draws a pretty experienced crowd. Feel free to shoot me a message
