I am a real estate investor focused on buy-and-hold and recently moved to California. My properties are in Baltimore and I plan to continue investing there due my knowledge of the market and extensive connections. My plan is to supplement that with a business focused in helping local people in California get access to the great rental market in Baltimore, either through direct ownership or debt.
