Good Orange County RE Agent?

Hi all,

Does anyone know of a good agent that specializes in helping investors in the Orange county area? Was it hard for you to find your trusted real estate agent? There are so many options to choose from, would be great to deal with an agent who specializes with working with investors!

Hey @Aspen Labrador there are a lot to pick from, the best option would be to go through the search bar at the top of BP and search out real estate agents in Orange County, then I would crosscheck them through Zillow "Agent Finder" at the tool bar at the top of the page. See how many transactions they have done in the past 12 months and the more they have done the better at finding deals, negotiating deals, and closing on homes for clients.

You can also see how many deals they have done with people on BP which their profile will say that as well if they did deals with someone on BP and they linked the deal to that person.
