Title and Escrow Recommendation in Ontario, CA
Hi Everyone! This is my first post here on bigger pockets. I have been reading and studying all the great content here and I guess its now time for me to take some action. I am working on getting my first deal here in Ontario, and I want to make sure I have everything in place to make it as smooth a transaction as possible. Im looking for recommendations or even just some advise as to how to find a local escrow and title company that works well with Investors. I am mostly focusing on flips, but I'm sure I will come to a point where I will be passing off some projects I don't have time for to others by wholesaling.
