PSA to Denver AirbnbERs about Proposed Rules
Those who enjoy short term rentals here in Denver might want to go to some of these meeting and voice your opinion. Looks like Denver wants their 10% lodging tax. PLUS they want it to include that ONLY primary residences use these services.
